Gigabytes Aorus 16x 9SG Charger

Hello, I bought a new Gigabyte Aorus 16x 9SG laptop 2 days ago. I replaced the ssd and ram modules, but there were black foils (probably a seal?) on the two screws in the middle. The laptop works perfectly. I'm happy with it except for the charging. Unfortunately I didn't notice the charging problem until late. When charging, this gets stuck at 86%. In the bios I switched from ,,test" to ,,production" according to other threads but that didn't help. Next I reinstalled the battery status indijaction drivers in Windows 11 and it only helped from 86% to 87%. I have the GCC control center set to full charge. Is there anything else I can try? It doesn't look like a battery defect to me. In Windows 11, at 87% it shows that some battery protection is running. Is battery protection still installed elsewhere? I couldn't find FlexiCharger in the bios. So, I'm asking for advice or opinions from more experienced people. Thank you.

Bios: Updated to the latest version. GCC: latest version Age: purchased 2 days ago.

Btw. Now I'm trying to drain the battery completely. I have fast charging on in the bios (to avoid protections) and I'm waiting for it to charge when it's completely empty.
