frostwire is not doing anything

    when i click on the tab for it !iv done the advanced desktop and it displays frostwire under the "network"tab ,but when i click on frostwire it does nothing at all .what have i done wrong (easy answers please ,it took me ages to do the advanced desktop and that was peeps on this site talking me through it) ;)
