Flash Player can't see web cam?

Seems like the default Flash Player that's installed with Linpus can't access the webcam. For example, if I log into YouTube and try to use the Quick Capture feature, the Flash Player first prompts for permission to use the webcam and microphone, I grant permission, and then it just sits there looking for a camera.

I searched the forums for various keywords but couldn't find anything that mentions this.

Any ideas for how to get this working?

Good news! I was able to get this to work by installing Flash Player 10 and Firefox 3. I'm pretty sure that Flash Player 10 was the key factor, so if you aren't sure you want to upgrade to Firefox 3, try FP 10 first.
