Fix for builtin microphone not working

    Hi all.
    I have a AOA110 and after installing Ubuntu 11.10 the builtin microphone did not work. Searched and tried a lot but this finally worked:

    In terminal:

    sudo apt-get install pavucontrol

    pavucontrol


    Then:

    Click the "input devices" tab. Click the lock icon to unlock channels. Set the front right channel to silence.

    Then don't move the inputvolume anymore on the normal sound settings... If it gets broken just fix it again with pavucontrol. This bug has somehow to do with stereo and mono stuff...
