factory reset help

    I am having big problems. My acer aspire one 10" is screwed up. When power on a blue page comes on for 1 sec then says goto

    safe mode
    safe mode with networking
    safe mode with command promt

    last good figuration

    start windows normal

    I tried every one of these settings and it takes me to same page. It reboots I see the windows xp screen where on bottom I see f2 or f12

    How can I get back to the thing to reset my computer to factory settings? It wont allow me to do nothing.
