Extensa 5230E does not start up

    Hi guys.
    I got several notebooks where is a same issua. The notebook can not boot until I take out battery and then discharge it by pressing power button for about 20 sec. Then I can start it. But after I shutdown Windows and press power button again it does not start. If I discharge notebook again then it can start. Also I can wait several minutes then notebook start up ok too. It is very strange issue I have no idea what to do. I have about ten machines which do the same thing and I would like to repair it someway. I already tried fresh bios but no luck

    Could anybody please help me?
