"E" icon on taskbar

I just got my aspire one last week and there's this icon on the taskbar that switches for UK to US. I would like to have it fixed to US because it switches to UK all the time, the @ key shows a " key and the " key is the @ key. Thanks!

You can edit the file as indicated here (add 2 lines in bold)

thanks jeromlenz for the info. the problem is how to get to that "server flag".. I went to terminal and permission denied. pls help! :cry:
