DW1490 Wifi Card + Windows 7??

Has anyone managed to get a Dell DW1490 wifi card working with Windows 7? The card is recognised and says it's working in Device Manager - but says Disabled in Network Connections. It's can't be enabled either. I get an 'Unknown Error' when trying to create a new network connection; very helpful. The card works fine on OS X which leads me to think that the card is fully functioning; but I don't seem to be able to get it working in Win7. Perhaps an alternative driver? Thanks in advance.
