    I picked up an Intel D945GCLF2 yesterday for $109 CDN , it's a Dual-Core Atom , and what a peppy little thing.

Took forever to install the Intel drivers, but with that out of the way, Xp runs very fast.

My old miniATX was a Via EPIA-800 , and that thing could barely serve a 320x240 webcam image every 3 seconds, and due to CPU load, I think was dropping the usb-wifi connection.

Now, this Intel is serving 3 webcams every second, my 4-hyperthread CPU is at about 40% , had no communications problems so far.

So now I've got 3 cameras on the garage & cars, next project is to make XP boot from a CF adapter.

These boards are pretty cheap, considering power and the giganet makes this a great board to turn into a home server.
