I just bought the hard-drive version of the AAO with XP pre-installed.

I would like to have a dual-boot AAO, with XP and Linpus Lite.

Is it possible to install Linpus Lite on AAO and have it work right out of the box?

Also will the auto install of Linpus Lite reformate my entire hard drive and erase XP?

    Thanks

    Probably

My first Linux install on my AAO150-1570 was Fedora 10, with a separate Boot partition. I then created a separate partition for Linpus, and used dd to copy a Linpus image to that partition. Finally, I added the appropriate lines to grub.conf to boot Linpus.
