Disk error!

    I have a toshiba satellite l755D which is stuck on the “A disk read error occurred press ctrl alt del to restart” pressing those keys doesn’t restart the laptop it is stuck on this screen any one know if there is a solution to this problem thank you

    How long you had for? Maybe the HDD is on its way out.
