    All,

I installed an aftermaret mini pcie wireless card, in my One, this past weekend, for compatibility with "alternate" operating systems. However, during this process, I discovered that I cannot completely lift off the case top, after removing the keyboard. I have no problems getting the front and sides of the case unlatched, but the rear part, adjacent to the battery, and the two end pieces, next to the screen hinges, will not disconnect, no matter what I do. I even have a special plastic tool that I have used to crack many laptop cases, and that doesn't help.

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

Nope, and I'm betting that's the rub. Interesting that none of the disassembly guides I read mentioned that.

    Thanks!
