Why is there three Plug and Play Monitors in the device manager?

Also is it safe to disable the Secondary IDE Channel in the Device Manager?

plug and play monitor means the computer hasn't properly recongnized the monitor yet.

But why is there 3? On my Desktop even prior to installing monitor driver it only shows 1 plug and play monitor.

Anyhow, I've disabled the secondary IDE and see if it effects anything in the next few days.

So I've successfully disabled the following devices without problems:

    Reatek RTL8102E Fast Eternet NIC
    USB Universal Host Controller 27CA/27CB
    Secondary IDE Channel

Found these devices are not needed on my system, I think most people can safely disable the two USB Host Controllers and Secondary IDE Channel.

Any reason for that?? System resources are assigned dynamically so I do not see any reason to disable this devices/hardware...

No I just like to keep it simple so I understand what's in use and what's no in use.

Besides it does save some resources though not noticeable.
