Dies when lid closes

    Don't know if this is the right place but just lately if I close the lid on my A150 I don't get the log-in screen when I open it again. It's just black and nothing happens!

    Hibernate in Power Management?? Or switch off when LCD close... Review Power preferences...

    I've reviewed power management, whatever I pick it's always the same.

    Have you tried the Fn+F5 or Fn+F6 switches on your keyboard? my partner's laptop sometimes does the same thing, close the lid, go back to it in a while and open it and the screen's just blank, all we have to do is use the Fn combo to turn the screen back on. I'm pretty sure it's a graphics driver bug.

    Heh, that makes it go from bright black to dark black. Bizarre. Do you think it's a driver prob? Should I reinstall the OS?
