Desktop Does not Load

Guys I will need your help !

After using the Acer Aspire One for two days, my Desktop crashed and form now on it fails to load whenever I restart/shutdown my laptop. The situation looks like this:

If someone, somehow knows how to solve the problem, please let me know!
