I have a Dell Precision M6600 laptop that I want to put in a new SSD and Windows 11. Dell does not offer any drivers for Windows 11, and they say it only supports up to Windows 8.

Is it possible to install Windows 11 with this machine I have?

Yes for sure but not doing it the official way. Lots of people have win10 on this as well but the official way doesn't support it, they want you to buy a new computer instead. I have win10 LTSC on my M4600 no problems but had to make a usb image with rufus of my win10 image and then clean install it. Win11 probably has some sort of CPU limitation but that can probably be nullified by clean installing from a USB image of win11.
