Dell Laptop drops internet conection

    Dell D-630 keeps dropping the internet connection at random times, a few minutes to maybe an hour is all I get. Then I reboot, then it's up again. So this is NOT an OS issue, because the laptop did the same thing with it's Ubuntu/Windows 7 dual boot setup, It did it in Ubuntu and in Windows. I recently wiped the drive and installed Linux Mint, thinking that I wanted to do this anyway and maybe it would fix that annoying problem. NOT. Still happening. Everything else works great. And it's not a router/modem issue because we have several other computers here that are online always and their connection never drops off. Our connection speed is excellent. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    If everything works fine, your laptop may have a hardware issue. You may need to have it examined
