Dell inspiron 3521 on windows 8.1 battery issues

    Hi and thanks in advance.

    my battery doesn’t get recognised as being connected. It’s also a new battery.

    Intel core i3

    I followed forums instructions from removing power etc, pressing form power button 15-20 seconds then restarting.

    nothing I do gets the battery recognised.

    can anyone assist me here please?
