    Hi guys and gals,

Is anybody using blackberry desktop manager on D150? It works with USB cable for both sync and tether modem. But I couldn't set it up with bluetooth. In the desktop manager, the bluetooth function also grey out. I have successfully setup bluetooth sync on another notebook (not acer), but it doesn't work on D150.

Anyone can provide any help ? Thanks in advance.

What bluetooth adapter are you using on the D150? Mine did not come with BT but I have added a micro USB BT dongle.

Different BT adapter behave differently as do different RIM phones. Compatibility can vary.

    Thanks for your reply.

It is a built-in unit from Broadcom.

Seems like the BB desktop doesn't know the existence of the BT. :ugeek:

My built in bluetooth is also tempermental running the supplied BT software. I'm seriously thinking of installing a BlueSoliel version of the software (one that I got with a BT dongle), just to see if things get better.
