D 250 Battery Drain When Off

    I have one month old D 250 with a 3 cell battery. It loses about 20% power in 24 hours when off. I have updated the BIOS and chipset drivers. Acer customer service have not been able to help. Calibrate the battery, etc. have been their comments. The battery doesn't drain when out of the machine. Is there a history of something on the mainboard staying on?
