I would go with MP3 from those options. Not all devices will read WAV and the quality difference is general nothing to worry about.

MP3, that is the best option in my opinion. I no longer copy CDs tho, but I did for many years ;) You will want to lose as little audio quality as possible, never pick WAV.

Does your car's audio player support mp3? If it does choose that one. You will fit more songs into that CD because of the lighter size of files of that type. Does it have an usb port?

I did copy my music from my laptop onto CD so I can hear them in the car many many years ago. I no longer do this, but I always pick MP3 since it seems like the format that my CD player in the car accepted.

I barely turn on the radio anymore, and I use YouTube to listen to music now.

You should go with MP3. It is widely known and can be used by almost any machine be it a laptop, radio, mp3-player, ipod etc. So for your ease MP3 is the way to go.
