College laptop

    I'm wondering which laptop to choose before going to college
    I'd like to buy one of these:
    Dell Vostro 5568 (i3-6006U/8GB/120+500)
    or
    Laptop ACER Aspire F5-573G-52M7 (i5-7200U/4GB/1000)
    I'm going to use it mostly for surfing the net, watching movies, not really gaming
    Which one is better?

    Acer Aspire E15 E5-575G-57G4
    is the best laptop for students this system consist the 8 GB. ram i5 processor and 256 SSD. for preparing project reports and image editing.
