We all know how important Java is to internet browsers, but the substitute that comes with Linplus, Icetea 1.7, does not perfectly react to the same java calls, in my case the application simply stoped at "applet not initialized". Switching to the advance mode and turning to system for Add / Remove software session lets you remove icetea, but will return a zero search for a Java browser plugin, possibly due to its absence in the default repository. I've turned to this link: [URL]http://fedorasolved.org/browser-solutions/java-i386[/URL] and followed the steps to install Java, and now enjoy watching Java doing its job as before. The lines in the fedora page may be daunting, if only someone could show a YUM install command...
