code 10 error with intel 4965agn wifi card

    Just installed a brand new intel 4965agn card to replace my atheoros in my aao-150. its on xp pro, wiv 1.5g ram. I know ive installed the card correctly as its recognised in device manager, under network adaptors, however it doesnt work. It says there is a code 10 error. ive installed the driver, the intel help utility thing but still it doesnt work. any help?
