Choosing a NVMe

I am trying to decide on which NVMe to purchase among the selection offered through the online purchase page. I can't decide on 500 GB for 5.00 or 1 TB for 5.00 additional to the laptop. According to your experiences, which should I choose and do you think the greater specs are worth the displayed price?

According to your experiences, which should I choose and do you think the greater specs are worth the displayed price?
