How long does it take to recharge the 3 cell battery?

Also does anyone know where I could get a spare 3 cell battery (in the U.K.) for a reasonable price?

I saw a couple on ebay a couple of days ago. sorry I don't have the link for you, but if you go to ebay http://www.ebay.com and use the search you'll find them. They may not "be" in the UK, but I think they should be able to ship to the UK.
