its a wireless network related problem.

I have the AAO-150 and everytime I try to change my mac address, my aao wont connect to ANY wireless network, even those without mac filtering..
i ran ubuntu a while ago and mac changing worked fine, but it does not work on windows sp3.. any advice?

Try a program called MacShift for windows. I have had success with it in the past. The only reason to change your mac address is so the physical hardware cannot be traced. I assume this in some effort to keep anti-P2P off your back. The only other reason would be if the netbook were stolen, but I hope that is not the case.

well i guess its saf to assume that youre spoofing a netwoork which you have cracked the key of, so you can steal their internet.
