So my Aspire One is my replacement for my older HP laptop that I used to take notes in classes and modify papers and such (I have a desktop which I do the majority of my work on (games, papers, etc)). I need a small case for mine that could hold the Aspire One of course, a spare battery, wireless laptop mouse, and maybe the power cord. This case would also need to fit inside my backpack.

I recently bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6826105225 at Best Buy and I like the feel of it but the USB attachment sticks out too much and I am afraid of bending it off or something. One of my friends have the Logitech one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6826104080 which has a very small usb attachment which is hardly noticeable but the mouse itself is too small.

    Any suggestions?

My recommendation is a to skip getting yourself a wireless mouse that uses a proprietary connector. Instead get yourself an ultra compact bluetooth adapter:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6833139019 (cheap, small, works great in XP and Win 7)

And a decent bluetooth mouse, I use this one and love it!

The benefit to this is I simply leave my micro bluetooth adapter in the left hand usb slot, and forget about it. Then I can just turn my mouse on and off and it just works. Plus although I am occupying a USB slot permanently its serves multiple purposes. So instead of using a usb slot just for the receiver for a mouse if I want I can sync with my cell phone while using the mouse and listening over bluetooth headphones. It just seems like it is a 100x more useful.

    Just my 2 cents!
