card reader can't see ms pro duo (xp)

    Hi,
    I have the Aoa 110 with xp and all the drivers installed(including the one for the card reader). My card reader can see sd cards with no problem but when I plug an ms pro duo 2gb magic gate (msx-m2gs) with an ms pro adapter (msac-m2) it doesn't see the card. Any ideas, solutions :?:

    A regular MS Pro (full size) works OK. I tried a MS Pro Duo and almost lost the card in the reader's slot! Scary!

    Are you serious? You need an adapter to use Duo cards in any card reader..

    Not so! I have an external 64-in-one reader that accepts them with no adapter. If you look, the 'pins' for want of a better word, are the same on a Duo as a Pro. Just that the duo is thinner.

    How do you insert the card??? with contacts pins up or down?
