can't detect my canon dc

    i hv tried gthumb viewer and picasa

    both can't import foto from my canon dc

    b4 it is ok for my another dc

    although i can take the sd card out and insert it to aspire one

    i want to ask are there any methods to let aspire one detect my dc automatically e.g. like an external drive
