Can't access user account on the control panel

    hi,
    can someone help me, somethink has happened and i cannot open user accounts on the control pannel. when i try to access it it shows a box saying THE CURRENT USER ACCOUNT IS NOT RECOGNIZED, PLEASE RESTART THE COMPUTER AND OPEN USER ACCOUNTS. i do this but nothing happens, i've looked on google to see any solutions but none so far that worked, can anyone help me.

    Try booting into SAFE MODE. Restart and press F5 before Window loads, log into Administrator account and change what you like.
