Can I delete this folder...

Does anybody know if it is safe to delete "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_04" from my system? I installed Java when I installed Open Office, and then shortly after Java updated itself and created "jre1.6.0_07" in the \Java\ folder, they are both the same size and seem to contain the same stuff... so do I need to keep the old one, will deleteing it kill my java install?

After some googling it turns out old version of java don't uninstall themselves when you upgrade, so I removed the old one from add and remove programs and everything is fine, plus i have about 100mb of space back :lol:
