Buzzing sound in my laptop

    Hi guys....
    I've recently bought a new laptop, but I noticed that it makes a buzzing sound, like an electrical wire sound or so, and it's getting worse when playing heavy games, the same goes for the charger.
    Is it a bad sign or is just a normal sound
    I don't think it's the fans since the noice isn't coming from there side.
