On Upgradeing my ASP One 110 with the Toshiba MK6008GAH i sanded the cable to fit to the HD a bit to much
    and broke the connection cable.

i found a ZIF cable on Amazon here are the Details of it.

    Specification:

    - Toshiba cable: 40PIN, one side 0.22-0.25 mm thick, the other side of 0.35 mm thick. 2cm wide, 5cm in length.
'ZIF002' ZIF-Kabel for Toshiba (FPC ribbon cable for Toshiba 1.8'ZIF HDD #B type)

If this cable fits i need to know how to put it ont the board and drive.

the cable is marked with blue on one and white on the other end.

firstly, what country are you in?

Secondly, I found the 5cm ones to be a VERY tight fit. I think it is causing me problems.
