I am asking for a friend. No, this is not a joke. My friend uses an Asus laptop model Q200E.
I am not a Windows user, Linux Mint is my OS, just saying this to clarify my knowledge.
The main reason I am on this site is to help my friend do a complete backup. Ideally, it would be done by booting up Clonezilla from a USB drive and putting the backup file onto an external HDD. This is what I do with my system and I am very familiar with the process. He uses Windows and I do not which is why I want to work the backup this way and not from inside his (Winows) system.
I need to set up the laptop so it will boot from the USB. I tried some methods from Google but no dice.
    Can anyone help me please?
