Boot from USB

Can the One boot from an operating system, either Vista or XP on a USB flash drive?

Are there any changes which need to be made at all on the laptop itself, apart from obviously on the BIOS?

If something detailing this has already been posted please could you point me in the correct direction

yes it can, i made a bootable USB disk drive.

use that tutorial for creating a bootable usb

it says its for the EEE pc but it works just fine on an AA1
