I have the D150 that didn't come with the internal bluetooth module and I recently installed a new internal bluetooth module with aftermarket cable to attach inside on the motherboard. The bluetooth works great as it should, but since mine originally didn't come with bluetooth it does not have the bluetooth on/off button next to the hdd/caps/numlock leds. Right now I had to take that plactic piece out to have access to the button inside to enable/disable the bluetooth since it does not stay on when you boot the netbook.

My question is: where could I find a replacement piece that has the bluetooth button?

I have attached the button that I'm looking for.

I would say that a d250 might have that button if you could find someone like a dealer with a dead one, strange that the module didnt bring it for complete install. Where inside the D150 did you connect the usb bluetooth?

where would I find a dealer that would have a dead one? I'm guessing sourcing this button would be difficult. The D150 has a socket specifically to connect an internal bluetooth module. Various other laptops have this as well for internal bluetooth. I just added one in my Gateway laptop as well. Works way better than usb dongles or mini pci-e cards (i've tried both already).

Here is the link about the Acer Empowering Technology for both XP and Vista.

basically if people are adding internal bluetooth modules in the Acer One and don't have the OEM button on top. You can use the Acer Empowering Technology software to enable/disable the bluetooth module without having the hole open and using something to push the button inside.
