blue tooth not working acer aspire 2920

hey this is my wifes lappy i have had to reformatt using vista now i have done automatic updates and it did every thing except the crystal eye web cam and blue tooth now i wen searching the acer web site and found some drivers the cam driver works fine but the bluetooth didnt any ideas why also its picking it up in device manager as unknown any help will be great thanks in advance

sounds to me that maybe when you did the auto updates MS over wrote the Vista drivers that come via Acer. Maybe if you go to Acer.com and download their drivers it may fix your problem.
