Hello!
Please could someone help me.
My old Lenovo G50-70 has just presented me with the blue screen of death, error code 0xc0000034.
At the time, I was looking at a saved word document, the screen became pale and at the top it said that Word was not responding. I could not escape this frozen screen, so I powered off.
Upon powering up, the lovely blue screen of death appeared.
I have tried powering up and off 3 times. Nope, doesn't work.
I have tried powering up whilst holding the F8 key continually. Nope.
Same with F11 key. Nope.
I think I have Windows 8. I know, I know, ancient.
Look, the problem is that I have lots of files that I need on this laptop. I have a new laptop, an Asus Vivobook, and I was about to transfer files from Lenovo to Asus, when this disaster struck!
I am a yoga teacher, I am not technically savvy with computer systems.
Please, please, could someone help me. I just need it to work long enough for me to transfer my saved files and class photos etc.
Please.
