On two occasions the screen has gone blank whilst using an application (not the same one). What is the recommended way of dealing with this ? Is there a more elegant solution than simply forcing a shutdown by holding the on/off button down ?
I tried quite a few keys but I don't remember exactly which. Next time I will start with Enter. Thanks for the tip.bb320 said:This might be a stupid question, but have you try the Enter key?

That was my impression too, though, as I have not had the problem again, I have not been able to try the potential solutions posted in this thread.dougman said:Back ot, I've had the black screen too, although I had the pointer still visible and moving, nothing seemed to work apart from powering off then on again.
