Blank screen with acer logo in lower corner

    Hi Guys
    My acer one zg5 wont boot up past the screen with the acer logo on it. No desktop as such.

    Is there a simple answer to sort this one out, as i use my acer daily, and really losy without it.

    I need a simple step by step fix as i am a newbie to this sort of thing, and cannot afford to take it to a shop to be fixed.

    Desperate for help.
