    I’m planning to buy a laptop specifically for freelancing work, and I wanted to get some advice from this community. I mainly work on:

    Go for a thin & light laptop (≈14-15″), with 16 GB RAM, fast CPU (Intel i5-i7 or Ryzen 5-7 / Apple M-series), solid SSD storage, long battery life, and good screen quality.

    I'd check out Costco, M3 or M4 MacBook Air, 16GB/256GB models. Id shy away from anything with 8GB/128GB even though they will get you by, just spend the extra few bucks and get 16GB RAM.
