Battery Not Fully Charging

Long story short, I used to get 2:30 hours from my battery and now I get 1:30. I run OS X and this program says the battery only fully charging at 1700mH leaving 30% without charging (2200mH). I tried discharging completely and then charging it again without powering it on but I still have the same problem. What can I do ?
