My battery level indicator is stuck at 10%. The actual battery life seems to be unaffected - I just can't get an indication from the computer of how much charge it has, which is a real nuisance since it can't then warn me when the battery is actually low.

I've no idea what's caused this - the computer has crashed a couple of times recently, which may be connected. I'm using Linpus with KDE and kpowersave. Any ideas?

    Thanks very much!

Having taken the battery out and replaced it, it's now working again. Oh well, that was simple!
