Could be a good idea to download another program to manage the battey icon. Have a look in the repositories, there's one very good to manage it, but now I don't able to remember the name, sorry.

    Regards

Hello - I've only had my AAO for a few days. I conditioned the battery as described in the guide, and all I have done is uninstalled Norton, Office and MSN. And my battery icon has disappeared from the task bar.

Does anyone have any further advice please?

    Thanks.
