battery from another laptop

Hi, This is a question for some knowledgeable hardware types out there: I have some big batteries for my HP laptop that I would like to use as backups (when I am on a mule trip and don't have access to electricity). Can I just connect the HP battery to my AA1? Where can I find a connector that can do that? Jon
