battery charge issues with totally new Acer Aspire 3830G

    Hi,

    1. my brand-new Acer Aspire 3830G surprisingly didn't charge its battery overnight -- why that? (it was a first charge attempt, notebook was just closed without fully shutting down Windows though)

    2. the battery charge plug isn't that much rigid/stiff -- why? is it by design? Maybe that was the reason for a bad plug contact?

    I'm thinking now to return it back just because of this (stupid) reason.
