AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN SAMSUNG RV413

    HELLO GUYS, I GOT MY LAPTOP SINCE 2014 AND UNTIL NOW IT WORKS FINE, EXCEPT MY BATTERY, ITS ALREADY DEAD. ANYWAY, MY LAPTOP JUST SHUTDOWN WITH N REASON, IM JUST WATCHING MOVIE, IM WATCHING WITH CHARGER ONLY AND NO BATTERY AND IM USING IT SINCE 2015. ILL TRIED TO CHARGER AGAIN IN AN HOUR BUT THE LED LIGHT ON MY LAPTOP IS NOT LIGHTING , BUT THE CHARGER ADAPTER IS LIGHTING, ANY POSSIBLE PROBLEM REGARDING THIS . PLEASE HELP, I GOT MY IMPORTANT FILES HERE. THANK YOU

    Welcome to the laptop forums site.

    The first thing you need to establish is there any power being generated by the power pack.

    If there is power to the end plug,then is the dc power jack faulty/loose (it's the part that the plug fits into).

    Have you tied pressing the F2 immediately after press the power button.

    I Cant press f2 because my laptop cannot on, Only The Adapter is lighting but my Led on my laptop is NOt, there is no problem in my Dc power jack

    Ignore the lights still try the F2 key "immediately many times" after press the power button

    You may have to take the power unit to someone that can test it for you
