I use Windows Vista 32 bit. My atomic clock has gotten off by 1 hour. I reset it to the proper hour manually, and it reset itself to that same wrong hour. Any idea why? Thanks.

Could be the Windows Time Server messing with it, cmos battery starting to die (when off), or if using a virtual machine, if you pause the VM, a time displacement occurs until it resynchronizes after being unpaused. Why are you using Vista btw?

Ok, this issue is resolved. Something got in there and changed the time zone. Once I set it back to the right one, it has worked fine ever since. What causes settings to be changed like that. I did not change that setting!
