    Hi
Considering getting the new 15" Zenbook Pro UX501VW to replace, upgrade my Asus N56VZ. I figure the switch from the Nvidia 650M to GTX 960M will give me the extra 'oomph' I need in my graphics and 3d work.

My hesitations are in 2 areas

4K resolution in a 15" screen size seems like a rather high pixel density. Won't desktop text and icons be rather small, difficult to read?

The glossy screen is a turn off. But I assume 1 solution is getting a good anti-glare matte screen protector. Has anyone tried this with their glossy screens?

And finally, although most reviews suggest the laptop comes configured with no optuons, on the official ASUS site there are at least 3 different models with different CPU's
    UX501VW-US71 $1499 (coming soon)
    UX501VW-XS74T $1699
    UX501VW-DS71T $1499

Does anyone reading this know the difference and can comment if the price difference is worth it?

    Thanks for any replies!
